Art Kete

Hello.

This term, every Wednesday for an hour we learn a new skill that involves some kind of art (painting, stone carving, stitching, ect).

I chose to to fence stitching. In case you don't know, fence stitching is threading some sort of fabric or plastic though a chain fence and creating an image or variation of words.

So far, we've chosen what fence to stitch on (I'm planning on swapping with the person next to me), found out how to do it and found some examples of what we should to create. The next step is collecting resources, planning out what we want to create and practising the method we'll be using by creating smaller shapes on the fence.

Goodbye.
