Ginger Beer and Yeast - Science

Hi.
In science we are researching yeast and ginger beer. We've been instructed to write about the creation of ginger beer and different types of yeast. Afterwards were been instructed to brew ( non alcoholic ) ginger beer.

Ginger beer appeared in the mid 1700's in England, at the time it was created with alcohol, but in the 1920's when it was beginning to be shipped to america, England began to take away the alcohol in ginger beer, and now its considered a non alcoholic drink that can be drunken by all ages.
There are four types of yeast, bakers yeast, nutritional yeast, brewers yeast and distillers yeast ( also known as wine yeast ), these yeasts have different values and purposes, for example, if you put bakers yeast into wine, the wine wouldn't age as well and it would taste horrible.

Goodbye.
